The title has nothing to do with the artwork. I wish I could give it a better title but, I don't even know what's going on here. ;▽;

The pose is taken straight off the famous NaLu pose as seen in the Fairy Tail 2014 OP 1: Masayume Chasing!! Don't ya think it fits them perfectly too?

This is actually an allusion as well. Both Simon and Natsu Dragneel are voiced by Tetsuya Kakihara. That's not very amusing really, but the amusing thing is that they both have this similar habit... Natsu says "Sorry to keep you waiting, Lucy" everytime he saves Lucy from whatever (the latest I could remember was from Fairy Tail 2014 when he, together with a few others, released her and Yukino from prison). Simon, on the other hand, said "Sorry to keep you waiting, Nia" when he rescued Nia from the Anti-Spiral.
